The Capacity Index
How happy are you with what you get from Merseyside’s councils?
Please fill in the survey that applies to you and share them with your networks
Have you used government services in the last year? Take our Service User Survey:
This survey is for you if you have received one of the following (or similar) services:
- Support from a social worker/family support team
- A domiciliary care package funded by the council
- Support to stop smoking by a public health team
Haven’t used government services in the last year? Take our General Population Survey:
Used government services like a library, a GP or had the council collect your rubbish bins? You’re still in the General Population Survey.
About the Index
Each quarter we’re crunching public spending data in Merseyside to examine how councils are prioritising their spending as well as surveying the general population and individuals who use public services to gauge their opinions and perceptions of the state of public services. Do people agree with where money is being spent and can we discover any interesting trends or areas for improvement?
We need your help to make the Capacity Index truly reflective of the views of people in Merseyside.
