Public service design should be a collaboration. Our Design Service involves all stakeholders, to help you create business models that have a lasting impact in society by being better tailored to service users.

How it works

We help new ideas get off the ground by designing services, assets and processes around the energy and talents of communities, charities, public sector intrapreneurs and social enterprises. This includes:

Co-Production: Working with citizens, service users and public sector staff to involve them as co-designers and co-producers of services.

Service Redesign: Helping the leadership and management of public services think creatively about alternative models of delivery.

Options Assessment: Carrying out feasibility studies and options appraisals to test ideas, refine them and make them happen.

Business Cases: Preparing workable business cases that are capable of attracting resources.

Procurement: Reviewing procurement processes and making recommendations so charities and social enterprises can compete fairly with the private sector.

"Capacity offered Liverpool Waves of Hope a level of support in terms of business development and co-production which other similar services will find difficult to equal.
