The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to address social problems in a rapidly changing landscape. You must have exceptional problem solving skills, a sound understanding of public services, the ability to produce innovative businesses cases and work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

The Board will support the organisation to increase its capacity and drive planned growth over the next few years. Transforming Choice have an exciting journey ahead, expanding provision and reach to enable them to provide vital alcohol services in the North West. Board members will be required to attend four meetings per year, and will be expected to participate in some organisational activity, advising staff and supporting the strategic growth and development of the organisation.
